  5. The upper lozenges have some wrinkles here and there and gaps but from a very short distance all is good.I have put on the side decals, started the tail and finished the last of the strut supports for the wings.

  7. That's exactly the same idea I am working towards Guy.
  8. Here is where I am right now Peter.I was thinking of asking Guy where he has his post "finished" we start a thread for 1/48 WWI builds "completed" kinda like a running group build I have like five more in the stash. The lozenge decals are far from perfect my first rodeo to say the bottoms came out much smoother live/learn.I will accent with some in browns methinks not much rigging on this one I am into 12/15 hrs ATTM..
  9. I read somewhere to Peter that alot of that depended on what manufacturing line they came off of and it's so much right on the tip of my brain who did the dark/bronze green.
  10. That looks really Nice Peter is that a grey anti=glare panel? I have one grey also and questions were raised about that my answer it's the color they show.
  11. Now if that is not started are only a little and an He-111 I think I have a landfill in my backyard?????????
  12. Thanks Peter taking a small break/incursion into a WWI Fokker DVII ATTM the lozenge wings are interesting.

  20. I have this one in the cabinet Ralph built it probably 25 years ago?I put a small electric engine with a switch and a potentiometer looked realistic with a slow turn.I am thinking do the same with my Tamy Mustang while in flight on the stand.

  22. Well your boys learned history then so many today do not as to the LHS changing it is what it is.I remember a HS in Pensacola that was like a warehouse went one time belong to an ole navy fella if not mistaken. It was the biggest HS I had ever been in he closed due to the internet when I went back some years later for a second visit.
