I have this one in the cabinet Ralph built it probably 25 years ago?I put a small electric engine with a switch and a potentiometer looked realistic with a slow turn.I am thinking do the same with my Tamy Mustang while in flight on the stand. -
You do Nice Work Mark when it comes to weathering esp.

Well your boys learned history then so many today do not as to the LHS changing it is what it is.I remember a HS in Pensacola that was like a warehouse went one time belong to an ole navy fella if not mistaken. It was the biggest HS I had ever been in he closed due to the internet when I went back some years later for a second visit.

KevinM replied to Martinnfb's topic in Modelling Discussion
So this is what I was talking about the second turret not taking as much time.I did try to make four sets of ladders today no luck so ordered some generic 1/200 from Poland shipping and all $20 also ordered the replacement for the Flakvierling the correct version.I am really trying to get as close as I can in representation. -

KevinM replied to Martinnfb's topic in Modelling Discussion
Das Boot!! Well this kid just got done working about three hours so far on a 5" turret adding handrails to the side, pole support underneath deck, used Tamy tape for the shield around the Flakvierling, added some .040" poles to represent 2cm,modified the the flak for that position and tomorrow I make two ladders. The book Guy shows it all. -
They do but as heard from a member here the customer relation part after the sale w....ell?

Well John it looks fine from here but yeah I know that feeling the mojo for the build just left the house.I had that happen on a He-51 on a group build when all said and done "it just laid there like a dead frog"
