Martinnfb
We went tree-hunting with Sofia today and naturally AWD is just a joke for city driving so as I pulled over on the side of the road computer was pushing traction down the slope and piece by piece I slid completely off. Fortunately I installed tow hooks to the front and a Good Samaritan ( Jeff) pulled me out of my misery. at the end Sofia found the right tree. 4
GazzaS
I'm glad everyone is safe, Martin. I had enough hair raising adventures on icy and snowy Michigan roads to make me really appreciate living in Australia. 2
krow113
360 Choppa got a lot of work over the hols. Wiring at 90% (engine wiring to go ) , front wheel spaced and rotor installed , handlebars modded to accept lever perch's and switch housings , rear wheel spaced and set up ... The pic shows the conflagration of tools and parts surrounding the bike:

Administrators Clunkmeister Posted January 9, 2022 Administrators Share Posted January 9, 2022 We’ll, my barn is slowly taking shape. Our man cave/bar is behind me here, and the place is cluttered due to the crap we’re moving around. Got the 56 Meteor and 58 Skyliner inside with tons of room to spare. 7

They have zero use except as a viewblock.
Jeff
Ok I am in for the 30 part, not sure I have quite enough room for 40, but that does give me good food for thought..... thanks, always great to get new ideas....
Administrators Clunkmeister Posted January 9, 2022 Administrators Share Posted January 9, 2022 Yup. 30 deep. That 58 Retractable is 21 ft long. It gives me plenty of room to move around.
BlrwestSiR
I wish I had even the 30foot part. Our lot is only 16ft wide. Hard to fit 30ft into that. We maxed out at 14 ' wide by 25' deep. Then again, my summer car is only 5' by 8 1/2' long. Which means it'll fit in the trunk of one of Ernie's. Administrators Clunkmeister Posted January 9, 2022 Administrators Share Posted January 9, 2022 We’ll Carl, Toronto space is at a premium, especially along Bloor, if that’s where you are. Gotta move to Owen Sound. LOTS of space up there. Haha And yeah, the trunk of the 58 is huge, but the roof’s gotta fit in there. An 800 lb steel roof coming down on your Honda might not end well. 3

We're two blocks north of Bloor in the west end. Our lot is actually on the larger size in our neighbourhood. Hard to complain since we actually have a backyard.
GazzaS
I don't even have a garage. I have a carport for two cars. Then again.... I never have snow! My wife has a motorcycle under the carport. No... this isn't my wife.

Martinnfb
Boom!!! I’m just deciding between Stingray and Sarge. Gobi and Gator colours are not available trim year, but Mojave trim kicks ass. congratulation Ryan. 5
Ryan
My boy has a Gobi one with 37's on it! I'd go Stingray over Sarge. The Mojave seemed to fit better for me, I cant see myself rock crawling etc.

Martinnfb
Any plans for a canopy?
Martinnfb
I’m thinking about this kind of look. 35’s with a bit of an off-set, black hard top and canvas canopy. LED group, cold weather grout, aux switches, tow package and elimination of the orange trim. 2
Ryan
@MartinnfbNo, leaving the bed open, it has the factory spray in liner. I would strongly recommend the premium soft top like I have. The noise is very similar to the hard top and it only takes 4 bolts to remove it. I think it looks better too, the hard tops seem a little short if that makes sense.
