Scaleworx is about to release their Cheetah D conversion set so after getting in the queue for one, I thought best to grab the base kit for it.

Having seen some of the struggles with building this, it seems like I'll have a challenge in my hand when it's time.

You'll enjoy the conversion Carl. The quality of the fit of the Scaleworx parts is better than the fit of the kit parts.

Got the land based companion  there too since they're basically the same kit.

Do we expect an acrylic water using underwater display for the non land based version, Carl? :D

Cheers Rob

Carl, in the reorganisation of the space hopefully you included more display cabinets……..never modelled a car…….

Phil, I didn't add any new display cabinets but I have been thinking of making another large one like the one I did before.

Actually it's off the bench right now, because it's ready. Two 1/1 models of Kentucky Stick Chairs, which I built over the last week. Another summer project, which will be a present for my wife's  birthday, to use on our new sea view terrace. For colder days, you can put some sheepskins on.

Rob, those chairs look amazing. Got any plans for them that you could share or where to buy them? Sue would love something like that too.

Very impressive woodworking skills there Rob. At least you've got weather to enjoy them in. Softwood gets destroyed in about a season here
