So flipping them around required a little extra work. Maybe the Brassen is different? 3
harv Posted June 24, 2019 Author Posted June 24, 2019 I havent looked at them yet . I'll post pics later......harv 2
harv Posted July 7, 2019 Author Posted July 7, 2019 Happy to report that the Brassen seat set comes with colored belts on BOTH SIDES ! oh happy day !.....harv 6
MARU 5137 Posted July 14, 2019 Posted July 14, 2019 Hello Harv.. Just joined the PHABULOUS PHANTOM party... you are a Saint for choosing one of MY favorite jets. you are doing a very SPLENDID job and it is coming along great. I know you'll turn this plastic into an amazing Model.... so you have MY support too . 4
harv Posted August 10, 2019 Author Posted August 10, 2019 actually sat at the bench this evening and did a little work on one of the Brassin seats. They are little kits in themselves........harv 5
harv Posted August 11, 2019 Author Posted August 11, 2019 Spent some time on the Phantom today. Took a good look at the pit and found several things I'm not thrilled with. Needs some touch up paint, a couple small PE pieces came of and the front IP came off to. The IP isn't a big deal because I need to re glue a couple things, cleaned up the glue spots so it will fit much better. This part is gonna take some time and I want it to come out right this time.I am hoping to take it to Texas next year Pics latter on.....harv 3
harv Posted August 11, 2019 Author Posted August 11, 2019 Your too kind buddy. To me it is very rough. Lots of touching up to do.......harv 3
Martinnfb Posted August 11, 2019 Posted August 11, 2019 Some heavy detail there, she's gonna look nice Harvey 4

BlrwestSiR Posted August 12, 2019 Posted August 12, 2019 Is that the Black Box cockpit? I've got one for the E in my stash. Either way, it looks good to me. The one in my CT-133, that needs some work. 3
harv Posted August 12, 2019 Author Posted August 12, 2019 What are you guys smoking ? I know, our own worst critics, and I appreciate all the kudos, just think it looks like crap. This is supposed to be the before the fix pic lol....harv 4
Ryan Posted August 12, 2019 Posted August 12, 2019 If your unhappy Harv, strip it. Nothing wrong with starting fresh after a good strip. 4
Ryan Posted August 12, 2019 Posted August 12, 2019 Those type of resin pits really pop with a nice black (or dark grey) pre shade and then a cloud pattern of grey. You will be amazed of how little wash you will use with this method. 4
