Those 'fuzzy' wires look absolutely SPOT on !  as far as the tube.................. maybe just a little dirty up like the block?

Braided fabric.  The smallest they make, .6mm. The were silver so I used an orange sharpie to color them.......harv

Ok, the bench is done and time to get back to building. About done with the motor. Still need the sparky wires on the plugs. Punching out 1mm discs for spark plug wire screws. Enjoy.....harv

That's a good looking engine, Harv! What are you planning to use to weather it? I'm curious because I've been looking at some of the AK products.
