Bill, press fit, cutouts. I even use a small hammer to get some of the pieces together. And some CA glue. The fit is very good....harv

9mm thick, that’s serious over engineering, structural guys always pump up the safety factors but 9mm is probably SF of 40............looks cool though Harv........

This is what I was talking about tongue and groove. I am moving along. The fit is very good. It looks like attaching the units is small wooden dowels in the back. More on that later....harv

Assembly has started. As you can see, sections are put together with small dowels......harv

Yeah, I have to loose the shelves to the bench. The whole top lifts off. Bev likes that idea. She will be able to see out the windows....harv

That's a beautiful work area, Harv!  Now, clutter that up with models!  Do you keep a bottle of CA de-bonder handy.  I've used it fro removing CA from the tiles where I work.  The tiles are matte, and the CA shines brightly...lol
