RIP Edgar, he was a mine of information on a wide variety of subjects but particularly on the Spitfire and he shared his knowledge with anyone who asked, I did not know him personally I only knew him through various websites and his advice certainly helped me with my builds and my further education on the Spitfire. Dennis

It is a shame that Airfix do not make 1/32 scale kits as like many other people my modelling started with Airfix kits when I was very young, and the quality of their kits seems to be improving hand over fist so it is disappointing that they do not make anything for me to buy nowadays Cheers Dennis

  13. Looking good, I have fond memories of the original kit, it was the first model that I tried to improve with some basic scratchbuilding, but a PR conversion should be pretty awesome. Cheers Dennis
  14. I use Window 8.1 and don't have a problem, in Photobucket I click on direct and then on the site I right click paste. Cheers Dennis
