  1. Very very very nice. Cees
  2. Finally an update ( pics to follow later) This kit seems to burn me out. Had a week without motivation to do any work on it. Finally forced myself to Spray the interior parts green a few days ago. This evening the aluminium rear fuselage behind frame II was painted. The Eduard Interior set is next but will do not much to spruce the cockpit up. The hood will be closed anyway. The instrument panel and seat belts are the most useful here. Time to speed things up. Oh how i am anticipating the Lancaster Cees
  3. Bummer, that's a pity. However, thanks for informing us. Cees
  4. Mini-me?
  5. Looking great, especially the radiator. I was looking at this kit at the aviation megastore yesterday and was almost tempted to buy it, almost. Cheers Cees
  6. That's some seriously nice aftermarket stuff the Meteor really needs if you want to go to town on the good but basic HK Models kit. Cees
  7. Fantastic, that weathering will make it a showstopper. Cees
  8. Excellent start on a very interesting type. Cees
  9. Good show Gonzo. Looking forward to see your build. Mine is progressing slowly, not well enough to post pics. The cockpit construction is ready for spraying. Cees

  11. Great inspiration. The story of the real aircraft is fascinating. Cees
  12. Is this technique also useful to represent a bare Mosquito? Or wood would-decals (hehe) be a better option? Feel a dose of inspiration coming up. Cees
  13. What a nice subject Ralph, Never knew this kit even existed. Cees
  14. Peter, But at least you know it's there. Very nice masterclass as always. Excellent dose of inspiration too. Cheers Cees

  18. Amazing what you can do with the hairy stick Tony. Amazing quality, well done. Cheers Cees
  19. I second that, a 109 with invasion stripes. What a combination. Cees
  20. Ralph, Very nice choice, certainly makes a change. Cees
  21. Yep, I have an F3 on the go. Love the look of it. Cees
  22. Very nice Tom. It complements your earlier Lightnings. The kit has been under a lot of critisism, but you proved it builds up nicely. Cees
  23. Thanks Edgar, As you say, simple. Like being good at maths. Hmmm, Am I correct that the earlier drum type voltage regulator was used on the Mk I and II? At least I have changed mine. Cees
  24. That looks nice too. Classic Spitfire livery with those oversized codes. I have altered the voltage regulator into the earlier drum type so will go for a Mk I anyway. Cees
