  1. Great work on that butcher bird Rod!
  2. Cool. I went shopping online today looking for the Copper State Romfell.Couldn't find one. Instead, I purchased their Russian RB armoured car. I'm also interested in their Italian armoured car or the Canadian one, or both!
  3. I've purchased a miniart Austin amoured car, but I don't think I'll be able to participate in this build as I have many projects started now and now a build queue that won't allow this. I don't understand how there can be controversy or a " thin line" regarding this group build. This is a group build supporting Ukraine manufacturers. Their products may not be available in the future. This is a historic moment in history between good and evil. And I believe that our support of Ukraine manufacturers is good.we can only hope that these kits will be available in the future. I will be following this group build and I hope I may participate. At the start of the new week I may purchase one of the Miniart autogyro kits, they look very tempting.
  4. This came today: A Copper State Models Belgian Minerva Armoured car in 1/35 scale. Looks like a nice kit. Also have an Austin armoured car from Miniart coming. Just had a look in the box; Very nicely packaged, A thick instruction manual with lots of text and photos, finely molded parts, and great detail. One thing however, this is going to be a small model when built up.
  5. Working on this little Tamiya BT-7. Still have the tracks to do. I haven't worked with link & length tracks before, but this little beast could run without it's tracks.
  6. Cool build. I'm following.
  7. I have a Miniart 1/35 Triebflügel .Would that do?
  8. I think I have a couple ICM kits a i153 biplane and a ww1 truck of some kind. Neither has anything to do with this conflict. Today I looked at one of their figure kits; A Roman Centurion figure in 1/16. It looks like a fun build, but I think it would look silly to include here.
  9. Another figure. A Classy Hobby German tanker.
  10. Handsome build of an iconic bird.
  11. Great job! Nicely done.
  12. This will be cool to follow ! I always wished I had the skill to build such a kit.
  13. Thanks, He actually looks better " in person " (so did Bronson).. I never get pictures right.
  14. Working on another figure. Again, another Trumpeter 1/16 Soviet ww2 tanker. Woking on the head.
  15. Looking terrific Gary! Very impressive work on the tank and figures. Well done indeed!
  16. It's odd, how often the books featured exactly match my Amazon browsing history. Often in sequence. Weird?
  17. I recently read the book Ace of Aces. It was about Pat Pattle, the South African Ace who flew Gladiators and later, hurricanes. It mentioned that one of the aircraft he encountered was the Fiat CR. 42. I'll be following your build.
  18. Well, not exactly. I chose this figure as a companion to one of the big Trumpeter T34s I have yet to build. I like his goofy looks.
  19. I've been working on this figure.... A ww2 Soviet tank crew man from trumpeter.
  20. Sounds intense. I looked up possible meanings for my dream regarding my car and the dark, snowy parking lot. One explanation fit; after retiring I had lost my sense of purpose or direction. Anyway, so much for psychobabble. At one time I was prescribed some medication to help me sleep. It had some side effects that I didn't like, such as blurred vision during the day. I did help me sleep, but it made me afraid to drive and I worried that I would not pass my driver's eye test. Anyway, while I was taking this medication I had the wildest dreams; very intense and vivid, never scary, and often hilarious. I told my doctor this and he said it was common occurrence for people prescribed this medication. This medication is often prescribed for people suffering from restless leg syndrome as well.
