  1. She looks good to me. I know one is being fully restored to airworthiness but can't remember where or by whom Keep 'em comin Peter
  2. I buy a kit with the sole intention of building it. Collecting kits as an investment: I hear the Brooklyn Bridge is still up for sale. Keep 'em comin Peter
  3. Hi Franks I've been working on the Revell P-51D (early) kit and it's now on hold while the house renovation is starting. Nice kit and well worth the money but after having built three Tamiya P-51D's, two different ends of the scale. Looking forward to your next update. Keep 'em comin Peter
  4. Gaz Just might happen as during the reno, I might find a place to build but no painting until everythig is done. Keep 'em comin Peter
  5. Frank Magnificent, a J3 Cub restored in all her glory. I've saved the photo and am going to use it for desktop. In my earlier days after we were married and working full time, first purchase was a 1962 Piper Colt 5544Z in 1971. Never should have sold her but back then it became an expense I couldn't afford. Same wing (jkust shorter in span) and airfoil: if I remember correctly, a Clark Y but I'm just remembering back over 50 years. Please post lost of photos, she is a beauty. Keep 'em comin Peter
  6. Hubert Way too generous and I'm with Rog on this - way beyond my limited computer capabilities and something I would never use. Keep 'em comin Peter
  7. Brad One good looking Mig - cammo work looks spot on the money. Neat and clean - just as I like them. Keep 'em comin Peter
  8. Kent Just love it when a build reaches this stage of completion and it's weathering and washes time, as the impact of the build is there to appreciate. Beautiful work - paint and decals are superb. Hoping you keep the weathering on the light side. Keep 'em comin Peter
  9. Thanks Kent Getting ready to start with deliveries scheduled for this week and I wish we were already done. Almost like just sitting down in the dentist chair, looking at the clock for the hour procedure to start and the clock hardly moves. Keep 'em comin Peter

  13. Phil Perfect choice for your next build and I'll be following along - front and center. Just can't go wrong with an Eduard Profi kit. Believe it or not, I have a few Profi kits in the stash and hoping to build them this year. Keep 'em comin Peter
  14. Two part belts look excellent and far better then the kit part. The only thing I see is the larger pulley needs a. bit of clean up at the top and that's it.. Keep 'em comin Peter

  21. Welcome back and nice to read the juices are flowing. Looking forward to your Mustang build. Nothing like that first solo, mine was in 1965, Piper J3 Cub, Amityville Flying Service, Zahns Airport, Amityville, NY Yes a looooooooooog time ago. Back then, Zahn's was one of the busiest GA airports in the country, no tower and on weekends, you fought your way in and out of the pattern. The good old days I so long for Keep 'em comin Peter
