So no booth time but an hour on this little gem. The Tamiya Extra Thin for scale. Got to take your hat off to Dragon they do make some gorgeous kits. Just wish Tamiya 1/35 would step up to Dragon detailing…..anyways here she is …

Good luck with the show Gaz, like Rob, here is my only showcase. As I’m not a member of IPMS not sure where I could enter a comp. I did join IPMS for a year but the magazine IMHO was dreadful and got very little from the experience. Great if you wanted to mess around with 50 year old kits in braille scale and smaller in my humble and personal opinion……..

Looking amazing Kevin, I also have a stalled ship KGV 1/350 Tamiya with White Ensigns PE. You’re right about the PE it does require a different approach, looking forward to the next update….

Here in the UK it hit 40.3 in my county, average for the last month has been 30-35…….yes unusual for UK but becoming more prevalent……

My thoughts as well concerning resin v IM…….as I understand it, the tooling for short runs is inferior to full run. The machining process is the same so all I can think is the tool isn’t hardened ………I’m sure someone will know……
