  1. Well done, John! I think it's about time you built a 1/32 scale aircraft carrier for all of these corsairs.
  2. I like RLM 74/75/76 and Italian the most. Too bad that most Italian planes either don't exist as acceptable models or are just plain fugly. I dig USAAF NMF and Japanese NMF schemes, too. OD is not for me.
  3. Looks mighty small compared to those boxes. You sure it's 1/32?
  4. I bought a black BBQ apron at Bunnings. Does a great job of catching parts when I remember to wear it. Comes with a bottle opener, too. The best thing about it is that the straps slide free under the apron so you can lower it on your body (I'm 1.91M) so that it covers your knees.
  5. I love that look! Patches and all! Eye catching! Gaz
  6. This should be cool... All this Canadian stuff lately... I want some pancakes and maple syrup! ...with two fried eggs over-easy and a glass of orange juice.
  7. Somewhere on the floor is the intake for a flame dampener for my Dornier Do 217N build. I could have lost it weeks ago, inside or outside as the sprue has been on the verandah and at my modelling space. Hell... Kitty might have batted it into some dusty recess that hasn't seen daylight in months. Damn cats!
  8. I'm sorry to hear about your parents and shithead sibling, Ernie!
  9. Amodel has some interesting stuff.... if you consider only the box art. I haven't yet taken the plunge.
  10. Congrats to both of you! Wonderful models all!
  11. A-hole? Really... I don't lack anything. The 1/16 scale Pz I will be welcome. I've never built one in any scale cuz they were just too tiny. I mean... I was recently thinking about a 1/35 BMW with sidecar and 2-man crew... but then I realized the whole contraption would be two inches tall by two inches long... Too small for fun!
  12. Yes, though not as straight as I wanted.
  13. Craven Moorehead says: Dees one!
  14. Here in the Bogan area of Queensland, instant rules. At my house, International Roast. Cheap and easy. Some make an attempt at pretension, but at the local barista, it’s a selection of lattes and other creamy slop. No French Roast, my personal favourite. No selection of fine coffees for those who want a bit of flavour without a hefty dose of milk and or sugar. You want it black, you ask for a flat black. There are no other options for the sugarless, milk less devotee. We had a coffee machine for a while, but it fell out of use. Too much trouble when you can’t get the bean you want. Most of the time I’m happy with a coke.
