Well, finally (finally!) got this finished  :rolleyes:

 

Trumpeter Stormbird in 1/32.

 

9K + BN of 5./KG(J) 51, Swabisch Hall, December 1944.

 

Aires cockpit and wheel bays

Eduard PE

Finished with Lifecolor acrylics

Hi Chris you've done a fantastic job on the 262, it really looks like you've put you're heart and soul into the paint and weathering and it's come up awesome. Have you got a build thread, I'd love to see some pics of the cockpit wheel wells etc.

Great model of the JaBo!! I personally might have tried to tone down the RLM76 squiggles a bit, but that's just my personal taste. And taste is just like opinions is just like.... ;)

Cheers Erik. I did tone down the stripes quite a lot. They were quite luminous when first sprayed!

 

They aren't that bright in the flesh, I think the camera highlighted them a bit too well..... :mellow:

I've just started my first build for the Eastern Front group build, a KV-1S. I also have an SU-152 and maybe a Tiger to do for this too  ;)
