1to1scale Posted September 29, 2019 Posted September 29, 2019 This is my latest acquisition, although not very expensive, I have been looking for this boxing for a very long time. This one took a month to ship from Japan, but finally came yesterday. 7
Jackster Posted September 29, 2019 Posted September 29, 2019 Birthday, next week, so the kids got me these between them. I am enjoying the Universal Carrier and Six Pounder albeit very slowly so thought I would continue down the armour route for now. 6

He does look a little timid there but if he's been fighting off that mob above I can't blame him. He's incredibly affectionate. He ended up sleeping between me and Sue last night which was unexpected but very nice. He's almost certainly a house cat as he knew how to use a litter box and just seems so content being indoors. 2 hours ago, Bomber_County said: Sunny looks a sweetheart, man I miss my furry friends.......... I hear you Phil. I don't think I could come home to an empty house. 5

The Sherman and the Jeep not Landrover could be contenders for the D-Day group build?........... 3
Jackster Posted September 29, 2019 Posted September 29, 2019 Not a quick enough builder Phil, will be lucky to finish what I am doing Cheers Kev 3

Rog That B-25 book is amazing, and a perfect companion to the A-20 volume (or vice versa - either way it works! ) on the A-20, if you’ve any interest in the SW Pacific campaigns, I recommend this book for your collection as well: 4

The Brits yanked the 76mm gun and dropped in their 17pdr the same way they did to the Sherman to create the Firefly. 6
Artful69 Posted October 3, 2019 Posted October 3, 2019 Final box from Booktopia ... This book looked interesting ... Pretty chunky with pic's and text ... Rog 5

Administrators Clunkmeister Posted October 4, 2019 Administrators Posted October 4, 2019 Yeppers, Reichs-Ausschuß für Lieferbedingungen und Gütesicherung 6013. I always wondered what the European standard “RAL” stood for. Wikipedia is your friend. impossible to find color up till recently S-92, S-199 and others. Yum! 2
BlrwestSiR Posted October 11, 2019 Posted October 11, 2019 Well, since the site is called Large Scale Modeller I thought this would be appreciated. Inside the shipping box: The idea of a large scale Valkyrie from my favourite anime series coming out has to be easily the top of my Grail list. Just wasn't expecting it in 1/20 scale. Here it is compared to a HB B-24: Now to figure out where to stash it. Anyone got a spare dishwasher box I can stick it in? 5
BlrwestSiR Posted October 11, 2019 Posted October 11, 2019 Forgot, one more pic of what the model looks like: 6
