ScottsGT Posted April 17, 2020 Posted April 17, 2020 Done! No longer on the bench. And one of Harolds great prop corrections. 10 1
GusMac Posted April 17, 2020 Posted April 17, 2020 That looks really good. Never seen one of these conversions done before and it looks perfect. 4
ScottsGT Posted April 17, 2020 Posted April 17, 2020 Thanks! I thought it would be a 6 month project. Turned out it was only 5 weeks. 7

GazzaS Posted April 18, 2020 Posted April 18, 2020 Weathering and figgies. My sorta modern Germans with berets and comm gear and some weathering. 8 1

This plane ranks very low in the overall elegancy score, but somehow, like with other strange flying or driving machinery, these subjects have their own fascination. So beautiful she is in a way and you made it show with your great build. Cheers Rob 5

smitty44 Posted April 18, 2020 Posted April 18, 2020 Great day to model!! I hope everyone is keeping their head above the water, and that your family and friends are safe and healthy. I will continue on with my SBD today, and continue picking away at my KH F-5E with all the bell and whistles I could find. Get 'er done!! 7
ScottsGT Posted April 18, 2020 Posted April 18, 2020 LOL! I wish. Wife is home today to enforce the honey-do list. Heavy rain coming tomorrow and Monday, so I gotta hit the yard hard today. But after that bench photo posted above, I’m motivated to do a little re-org of my tools and paint. I’m completely out of drawer space in my paint storage box, and now it’s time to clean out the box and make more room for the necessities. My next project is my Blue Angels A-4, and I’m waiting on my intakes from Harold to get ramped up. 6
TJTX Posted April 18, 2020 Posted April 18, 2020 Cleaned bench, and the next project has been broken out of hibernation. 9

Guest Dekenba Posted April 18, 2020 Posted April 18, 2020 OK then. A murderous, German, SS, gun totting, underwear wearing, undressed, young female in 4 inch heels & a push up bra. Perfectly normal. See 'em everyday. Everywhere.
Martinnfb Posted April 18, 2020 Author Posted April 18, 2020 To bring things back to normal, I’m rearranging my hobby room. 8

I've asked the seller Solmodels to hold them for me until restrictions ease instead of refunding me. 5
