Carl No thanks needed, Carl. That’s why I’m here. But with the 2021 Nats in Vegas, maybe some of our British, European, and Down Under bunch can join us all? Vegas is a place everyone should experience once in a lifetime. 5

But there’s lots to do there Ya I have never been, and would have little desire to go there otherwise. However it seems like it would be great for a convention. They have a lot of stuff to do there besides gambling now. Gonna be some good plane spotting at Nellis, and they have ranges you can go to and shoot just about any weapon you desire(or can afford). 5
smitty44 Posted August 11, 2019 Posted August 11, 2019 ….and I can drive and take multiple builds, and something real big!! 5
Martinnfb Posted August 11, 2019 Posted August 11, 2019 Smitty also knows how to get out from Zap-straps in 35 second and invited me to visit Area 51 :)......... to some extent 4
harv Posted August 11, 2019 Posted August 11, 2019 There are so many more things to do in Vegas than the casino's. I know. My son is a manager of a 5 star steak house there and we try to visit at least once a year.....harv 6
BlrwestSiR Posted August 11, 2019 Posted August 11, 2019 Well, 2021 is my 50th so maybe I can work something out and go. Especially if it's near the beginning of the month when my birthday is. Never been to Vegas either so that's another reason. Carl 4
crazypoet Posted August 11, 2019 Posted August 11, 2019 Dang - I already packed mine up earlier. Would be nice to see all the winners 5

Administrators Clunkmeister Posted August 11, 2019 Author Administrators Posted August 11, 2019 Many want to go and say they’ll go to Area 51 but don’t, because their Mothers won’t drive them. 4
Martinnfb Posted August 11, 2019 Posted August 11, 2019 We can maybe rent an older Toyota pick-up ? To stay stylish 2
The Dude Posted August 11, 2019 Posted August 11, 2019 Ok so the dates are confirmed? LV in 2021 and Omaha in 2022? 2

1to1scale Posted August 11, 2019 Posted August 11, 2019 Also, for those that don’t want to spend $400, they will have just the nose section of the lanc available with a stand. I’m guessing the price will be about the same as the small singles. 1

(Not that it makes a big difference for me ... it’s not so much the driving, as the swimming across the pond that is an obstacle for me ) Hubert 4
Martinnfb Posted August 11, 2019 Posted August 11, 2019 Omaha in Nebraska. Edit: Your can dig a tunnel. Mid-atlantic ridge would be a bummer , but never say never 2
