Nice cutting, Harv.  I've taken to use the method where you drill a line of holes and then the saw follows the holes.  I had too many instances of saw-drift in my life.

Nice result with the first cuts Harv, almost there :D, just joking. On my Fly Arado build, I noticed that the plastic is quite thick and a bit on the brittle side, but good to cut and saw. Dyno Tape helps a lot, hindering scratch marks, but be careful on clear parts, where it leaves residues.

Cheers Rob

Nice progress Harv!
Cutting is always not easy but important to reduce rework.

I also use the Hasegawa saws but I strengthened them with stripes from old photoetch glued to the surface to make them stiffer. Easier then to use.

First piece fitted. Looks good to go. It's the cockpit bulkhead. A lot depends on this fitting right......harv

Yes ... getting everything to align perfectly is surely the key in eliminating problems down the road, which at times has always plagued me.

Keep 'em comin

Peter.
