Back in pre-internet days it was hard for a kid in rural Scotland to find out about Italian dairy companies. 😆 Yeah Gus, the sponsoring has an unsexy hue of dairy megalomania. Somehow, I knew then about their sponsorship through a Lancia Stratos, if I remember it correctly. Fila as well looks to me like a producer of clumsy sports clothing, but the car has some sexiness, which erases all the negs for me. Cheers Rob 2

Cheers Rob That's like Ueno Clinic which sponsored the winning '95 LeMans McLaren. They're a Japanese beauty salon I believe. Or Jacadi, a French children's clothing company. I only learned what they were after we had our boys.

Please keep in mind, this stuff is "flowing" with gravity, especially, when applied thick. I found it partly usable for objects with lots of distinct surface details, for larger flat areas not so much. Kabuki or liquid mask will work better under these circumstances. Cheers Rob Thanks Rob for your kind heads up. I’ve actually used a product similar to this for years with great success doing all sorts of camouflage patterns. Unfortunately I’ve return to Richmond for the holidays and forgot my can in Woodstock. I do love how it flattens itself in the can after use, lol!!

belugawhaleman
Got this today....... From Andy, and his Hobby Headquarters it's his big M 10 in1/16 scale. It was on sale and I had a coupon related to a previous purchase, basically the coupon covered my shipping. These were previously $149.00 on sale For $ 99.00. A good deal. I already have the Achilles. Oh, I also got some Mr Color paint from the brothers of Sprue.

Granted, it was old and still in the package from probably 10 years ago, but it wouldn’t stick and when it came up it left an oily residue. I use “ticky-tac” instead. Spitfire Posted yesterday at 02:27 PM Share Posted yesterday at 02:27 PM The next Italian subjects that I build just must have smoke rings, so, as I am not a wizard with the old airbrush I have bought these masks. While I was at SMW at Telford I stopped by the people from EBMA Hobby & Craft who made the nice paint storage drawers for my Humbrol, Revell and Colourcoats paints. I asked if they had simlar items for my Testors Model Master enamels. They said that they could make me a custom set of drawers for the MM paints, so I emailed the measurements of the jars to them and within a short time had everything stored away neatly. The cost was roughly the same as the "off the shelf" ones. Cheers Dennis

Winnie
I just got a new job... So I'll be packing the bench again (feck, it may stay packed for a bit, we may be able to buy a house in the not too distant future!) But it's exiting!
