BlrwestSiR Posted April 21, 2022 Posted April 21, 2022 Operator error... Far too tidy...must correct. And if you're wondering about my second bench, it's not much better. 8
BlrwestSiR Posted April 21, 2022 Posted April 21, 2022 As an addendum, I opened the white box on the right side of the pic which I thought was empty. Inside were 6 bottles of Tamiya paint plus 3 more behind it. All are various shades/sheens of black. Maybe it wasn't such a bad idea to clean things up a bit between projects. 6

Tidy bench, tidy mind…….I think…….I’m getting a little to obsessive lately, I tidy the bench probably every hour or so……hate not being able to instantly lay my hands on tools etc………my engineer training… 3
belugawhaleman Posted April 22, 2022 Posted April 22, 2022 Been working on Takom's 1/16 Panzer 1a. Some pictures in primer. I added some weld beads to the front of the hull and I used some replacement springs from T Rex Studios, A definite improvement over the ones provided in the kit. Thinking of doing something a little different with the decals. 5 1

Phil, the squirrels are everywhere at the moment. Our 70 lb puppy agrees with me even thought this past couple weeks have been the first time he's seen a squirrel. Fear not, I will get back to the Lanc. Very soon. Edited April 24, 2022 by BlrwestSiR Fix typo 5
GazzaS Posted April 24, 2022 Posted April 24, 2022 Few tings are as therapeutic as piecing together a Pz IV Chassis. But which variant is it? Dragon kit... of course. Tracks soon. 6 1
DRUMS01 Posted April 28, 2022 Posted April 28, 2022 I am finishing up something totally out of sorts for this site, a 1/350 Tamiya IJN Yamato. While it is the older generation kit, I did add the after market wood deck, full Lions Roar PE with brass barrels, anchors screws, etc. While it has ben a six month build, I can finally see light at the end of the tunnel. All I need to do now is rigging, weathering details, and small seaplanes. Perhaps I will post in the "other.misc. stuff when done(?). Great looking builds by the way everyone! 11 1
