  1. Congrats stunning diorama, I haven’t built 72nd for centuries but I’d love to do a Sunderland at an anchorage buoy …….
  2. Ernie, coming along a storm, pound per hour is brilliant on such an accomplished kit, bravo Revell……..
  3. Missed this one, stunning paint work and love the subtle weathering, congrats….
  4. John, perfection as ever, phenomenal you finished so quickly……
  5. That’s going to be quite large in 32nd……..
  6. Been awhile since I’ve seen a big Dora, do you rate Hasegawa 32nd, never built any?
  7. Looking good Carl, I miss our furry headed friends, unfortunately all gone now…….
  8. Thanks Martin, much appreciated. It’s slow compared with you guys but enjoyable build nonetheless. Just wish Italeri would review their tooling. Everything has a mismatched part line which has to be cleaned……..
  9. Thanks Rob, you’re right I’m trying to add as much as I can, the only problem is finding the research it’s patchy. I’m going to attempt some sponge type chipping ……..wish me luck….
  10. Never seen one, sorry….
  11. Just laid in approximately the right positions, spraying this behemoth and sequencing is going to need some thinking about…..
  12. Martin, seriously 3 days……..jeez that would be 4 months for me……..
  13. A couple of weeks off over Easter therefore bench time…….pushing in with the Elco. Lots of sub assemblies, adding more detail to the 20mm and turrets….as we stand……..torpedoes to finish etc…..
  14. In English parlance “bloody hell mate that’s flippin gorgeous” To be be serious congrats……
  15. Gaz, for 72nd plus the age of the kit you’ve exceeded all of those limitations. You would love a big 35th of S38 or S100
  16. Rob, absolutely stunning, are you going to bring a microscope to paint those figures, I was second guessing in doing mine at 35th scale……..
  17. Neil. Not sure if you’ve started yet. I think I’ve finally completed the AM list. This is all I’ll be adding……unfortunately I bought from MasterCasters not knowing at the time what complete ########### he was…….never again though…. I bought the Yahu IP back in 3016, pre 3D IP’S, the Red Fox looks amazing…..
  18. Have you tried eBay for the concept notes?
  19. I’m intrigued here, when the scale of an AFV goes from 35th to 16th are the details scaled up proportionally and therefore enhanced. Also because of the larger scale presumably there will be a lot more detail. I say this because the likes of Dragon and RFM etc are producing some exquisite detail at 35th…….I’ve never seen a 16th in the flesh hence my question…….
  20. Isn’t this the guy from LSP, always had an opinion on everything? I maybe mistaken…….
  21. Chris, hope you’re feeling a little better……….as for wives in general, are any of us right any of the time………..
  22. Absolutely stunning, great weathering and modulation. Totally agree AFV’s are never pristine………
