Thanks Harv. -
Love the video Martin. Bet the crew had to put their teeth back in after that landing!

Looks great John. Hope the masking comes off the turret ok, some of it looks well buried now.

Thanks all. Barry, it must be true that 'the third time is the charm' then! It seems the tolerances are just so tight that the slightest misalignment somewhere can throw it all off. Planned next build is a Trumpeter A-7E so given the issues with that this will seem like a dream. -
Hi Anyone any suggestions - for the last couple of days I've been unable to post replies from my Android tablet. I use Chrome on it and I can click into the reply box but no text appears when I type. However, Chrome is fine on my PC, hence this post. I'm sure it must be a settings type issue but any ideas welcomed. Thanks, Gus

MH 60 s Knighthawk Academy 1/35

Once again, the realism of the painting here is astonishing. -
Seems another nice product from the unpronouncable company but the lack of a 1/32 scale seems obtuse to say the least. Would certainly deter me from purchasing one.

Thanks Phil. Yeah, the DIY never seems to end. Don't mind though if a couple of weekends with a paint roller gets me peace to model for the rest of the year.
-
Welcome Phil, have seen your positive presence on LSP so hope to see more here. 45 years per jet? That's about the same as most new 5th/6th generation jets but hopefully about a few billion dollars cheaper!
-
Nice. Have you added any wiring or is that all part of the resin?
-
Thanks Harv. Next up is a Greek A7 but it will have to wait until autumn as I have a heap of DIY to keep me busy until then.

Isn't that a spoof that's done the rounds before? Tamiya artwork with a mocked up HKM box??!
-
Thanks Peter. There's always things to improve on, but I'm fairly happy with this one.

Looks good. Love the lurid green seat cushion.

Welcome Peter. Hope you enjoy the new environment. Looking forward to seeing more of your work.

Wow Dave, never heard of them, but there is some cool stuff there. Some very esoteric seaplanes if that's your thing.

That cockpit set looks great. A worthwhile investment with so much glazing. Ah, the curse of the Trumpy rubber tyres! Given it is regarded as one of their A team efforts, it's a bit of a surprise that there don't seem to be resin replacements.
