Nice progress - just go slow and take your time - for us old guys, anything with more then three parts is beyond complicated.

Keep 'em comin

six wheels ? , :)  just kidding , what colour did you use on tires Harvey,  XF-84? , just wondering how its gonna look in terms of contrast wth the RLM 66 painted rims. Small progress is still a progress.:thumbsup2:

Continue working on landing gear. One thing I found surprising in this kit, is the scissor links. Such a small thing but best I've ever had. The two pieces click onto the leg and with a drop of glue you move them together and wa la, done.....harv

Great job Harv. These 229's always look so out of proportion to my eyes with that massive nose wheel and the raked stance.

Looking good, it's strange, how an ugly earthbound Horten transforms to one of the most elegant and development wise sophisticated birds with just retracting the wheels. I have to open my box, I have to open my box, …, damned, starting addiction, tremble :icon_eek:.

Cheers Rob
