Martinnfb Posted May 30, 2019 Posted May 30, 2019 Hey Girls, I picked this up today. Frankly I have no idea what I am doing here. Let's blame Carl for his inspiring Dingo build, his Dingo took my common sense or whatever was left of it :), If you feel like you want to ask me questions, keep it mind please. Initially I was under impression that this car is British, but it is actually Chevy . This should be fun build, the marking will be either Belgian or British. I am naturaly inclining towards Belgians, just because of the nature of their fight, anyway Belgians are cool. All I need is a photograph of the vehicle to get an idea of the battle driven look. If you can help, please hang some pictures as we go, I will be most grateful . The box I like the soft Italian plastic, remember the old days with Italaerei models, Blitz, 105 howitzer, good times This is one of the marking options , I have noticed a different location of the .30cal and antennas instead of periscopes. Mangled fender sets it apart. 6
SapperSix Posted May 30, 2019 Posted May 30, 2019 Westmalle Triple.........I didn't hear anything else. 4
Martinnfb Posted May 31, 2019 Author Posted May 31, 2019 colours Major General G L Verney, GOC 7th Armoured Division, enters Ghent in his Staghound armoured car, 8 September 1944. 3
Administrators Clunkmeister Posted May 31, 2019 Administrators Posted May 31, 2019 Repeat these words, my friend. QUICK, EASY, OOB, BUILD. Though shalt not modify, super detail, add buckets of AM, and/or go insane on detail in any way, shape, or form, notwithstanding mangled fender and maybe metal barrels. Build it quick and have fun. It’s a quick break from the insanity of crazy aircraft builds. Cheering you on, Цомраде Скуиррел Цхасер 5

Here's a size comparison of the two. And yes, they're both 1/35. 5
