    Test it on some scrap first, you’ll also need a variable heat soldering iron and low melt solder, many a white metal kit has become a blob if the heat is to high.......

    One bad memory was my parents bought their nephew the Revell Corsair as below. I was about 12 at the time and had coveted this kit for ages but never received from them anything even close to that beauty (at the time). The rub was he wasn’t even a modeller .............yep I’m going to stop there, as I may have to go into therapy

    Looking forward to this, haven’t see the Neo kits built up yet, all my PZ III’s and VI’s are Dragon. You always have a plethora of spare parts with them......

    Carl, I had to look this up as well, it looked familiar as the original SU-122 in 1942 was based on the T34 chassis, apparently only 100 were produced of the 54’s. Looking forward to the build.

    Rob, just catching up, blooming lovely, wow, you’ve nailed the wood grain. Got to add some of that on the exterior of my Camel, that’s probably the reason for stalling...........love the floats....

    Thanks Carl, I’m adding turned barrels as you can see, the Takom hasn’t a dust cover for the 75mm, I’ll do some research to see it needs it. Did the Miniart go together easily?
