Martinnfb
If I may, I would suggest a little fitting figures positioned in the display. Or a school girl with cellphone taking selfie 4

Administrators JeroenPeters Posted May 11, 2019 Author Administrators Share Posted May 11, 2019 Got some more stuff for this build today. Flattened tyres and seatbelts. The NASM machine does not have seatbelts installed but this is where my artistic liberty kicks in

Administrators JeroenPeters Posted May 16, 2019 Author Administrators Share Posted May 16, 2019 More work done today! On to the cockpit. took off half of the control stick (as is the case in the NASM one) , replaced it with metal tube and drilling out instruments. Not all the ones’ that are missing in the real thing, but enough to make it look interesting:

Wumm
The weathering on the seat is the charm for me. 2 hours ago, GusMac said: Looking forward to seeing how you tackle that delaminated plywood. I would think that actually layers of the thinnest Evergreen sheet built up would be the go... There's one sheet that's almost paper thin.

Administrators JeroenPeters Posted May 23, 2019 Author Administrators Share Posted May 23, 2019 First i’m sorting the instrument panel. I’m using the kit part because of the nice instrument housings on the back and eduard Photo etch for the front. Drilled some instruments out and am now adding the kit decals to the remaining instruments.
