  1. Thanks Gaz for the pictures, looks amazing…….
  2. 2 days…………enough said, cockpit looks good…….
  3. Harv, get better soon buddy, we miss you, Ernie tell him we are all with him in spirit….
  4. Looking amazing Rob, a little different from the Academy P38 I did, the nacelles took me forever. I have the Tamiya F/G in the stash plus Monogram J so looking forward to building the Tamiya. Some in inspiration…..
  5. Peter, I hope you are on the road to recovery. Have you tried the AK Camouflage Putty it’s so easy to use……
  6. Scott, not a shake and bake then……….stunning modelling…..
  7. Over here the Old Bill would pull you over for being too wide, obstructing rear window and obstructing the vehicle number plate………..I had a ladder on a Landrover where one rung ran across the number plate. The rung was 5mm thick, I got pulled…….
  8. Ernie, looking amazing and yes shades of JohnB here. I would have thought they would step up on the engine detail though as this is not a cheap kit………..
  9. Two actually, Arma Hobbies Hurricane IIC Trop and Border FW 190-A6……..1/48 and 1/35 respectively……….no Hubert stand away from the computer 😀
  10. Mixed bag here too but still have to delve into automotive, motorcycles and sci-fi……
  11. To quote Katherine Tate………”am I bothered”…………
  12. Never been on FB or the other one is it X,Y or Z and never want to …….
  13. Just catching up, stonking build Gus, congrats………
  14. Thanks Dennis, the part count seems very low but the PE is looks quite extensive……..please do a WIP…….
  15. Thank you Peter much appreciated……..
  16. Ive just realised I put MK III on the title should be VI, how do I change that?
  17. Thanks PW, much appreciated. I’d also heard the this kit was a mojo killer and so complex. Do not believe a word of it. Yes you have to concentrate and build in sub assemblies but the instructions are flawless. Compared with Dragon or similar instructions and parts count, it’s a breeze………
  18. Good to see this back on the bench. Why not do another Tamiya Mossie for the competition? 😀
  19. Thanks Carl, it is a matter of subassemblies just like the real thing………
  20. Thanks Peter, I am enjoying it. Wish they would update and add more to their AFV range now……
  21. Thanks Rob, that’s what I read that it was demanding, complex and a mojo drainer. Man, did they get that so wrong. You could go overboard on the extra details, been looking at the 20mm cannons and they are ripe for plumbing and wiring……..you must do yours soon……
  22. Wish lists are the way to go, I tend to only buy from two suppliers so it’s easy……
  23. Thanks Kevin, I’m going to finish this in one sitting (figuratively) as it’s really satisfying how it’s coming together……
