More practice with Figs and more work on the M47.  The tallest figure is the Göring 1/32 from the Wingnut Wings kit.  It is an amazing likeness that will most likely be spoiled by me.  The Dolp metal figures are even harder to paint.

Very believable facial expression with the figures, not the tank . Is the blue tint on the tanks headlights liquid mask or some special lenses?

The blue tint is just liquid mask.   I place it over clear small parts when I can;t leave them to be added at the very end of the build.  I also use it on areas I expect to put a glue joint. It comes off easier than paint.

Also... than and crew are mostly ready for paint.  Got some work to do on the canvas mantlet...  not happy with it yet.

My outdoor one does. But I'm only allowed to work on food and drinks at it. Keeps the cross contamination down. Don't want anybody eating an important piece of PE or something.

Italeri kit. There was no point to sped extra money if only thing resining in tact is the drivetrain.

The Göring figure.  Still a wash to go and then painting buttons and buckles.  I purposefully tried not to copy every detail from the photo.  I made the hat a shade of gray-green as might have been worn by Saxon officers.  You cant see them, but the cockades on the hat are painted Saxon, too.
