Soo.... What did you just get???

Well, another 1/16 kit. A Classy Hobby Panzer II L Luchs. I was concerned

after reading a review on Perth military modeler that the kit had lots of flash

and mold lines to clean. But I'm glad to say that the kit that I got that doesn't

seem to be the case. The parts look OK to me. They might have reviewed an

early sample or something.

And a related kit to go with it.

Although I don't have it yet, if all goes well I'll be bringing this guy/girl home in about a month's time. image.thumb.jpg.bfe9231b39ba58c46c9b08c4a31b36ee.jpg

We're getting to choose which of the litter we want. Shepard/Huskie mix and about 3 weeks old is all we know at the moment.

No pics but just got two of the simplest but most useful things I've bought in a long time and only for £7.50 total......

Paint cup lids for my H&S Evolution!

No more worries about tipping paint or clear on the model as you move it around during painting. Why didn't I buy these years ago?!?

I've lost most of the lids that came with my Iwata airbrushes. Would probably be a good idea to find them now that you've mentioned it.

Nice! You going to stick lights in it? My vote is for photon torpedo tubes.

Thinking about it, but the original studio model was never lit and the thick resin makes it a little difficult.

Wow, nice trip hull. What size motor ? 24 ft. Ours is a 1993. 22 ft with a 70 hp Johnson......harv

Yep, 24’ with a Mercury 150 four stroke.  It’s a 2019.  The couple bought it new in July of ‘19 to pull the grandkids and now they relocated to DC.  Might have 60 hours time on it.  We paid about $4000 less than the same model I’ve seen for sale on line.

Oh my, what have I done. Last week arrived my Honda RC166 kit from Europe and today, I received all the metal goodies from Japan. Looking at the single link chain and single spokes for the wheels makes me shiver for fear and anticipation :D.

Cheers Rob
