Another model goes to my shelf. This time, the design that appears at the competition quite rarely, namely the P-39 Airacobra. The model itself is pretty cool, but I've added Eduard plates, HGW straps, Master barrels and Eduard exhaust pipes. Markings painted from templates drawn by Mr. Decal and cut Maketar

Very nice P-39, there are so many details catching the eye. Painting, weathering and photographing are top notch, chapeau.

Cheers Rob

Outstanding work. I've built this kit and it isn't a easy build. High cuss-factor, etc. Yours is very well done! :)

Flawless and beautiful build, Artro!   I’ve seen a few of these Kitty Hawk P-39s built up and completed, and they’ve all been show winners. But yours raises the bar even higher.   Exquisite!

Incredible result, probably the best I have ever seen.

Cheers

I know that’s a true story. Incredibly realistic!  Kinda blows my mind it does

What a lovely model Artro. I especially like the weathering. How did you do the exhaust staining?

Cots are a mixture of Tamiya Buff paint with a bit of red and black applied with an airbrush
