That's true but, since Hasegawa has nice '109's and '190's, I would doubt Tamiya would go there. However, you just never can tell about those folks.

Tamiya are a very responsible Company

I'm sure that it's just that they don't want to be seen to be encouraging people to choke on their own vomit.

I've heard that Tamiya is slowing down on 1/32 due to development costs.  Expect more 1/48 aircraft in the future (ala their 1/48 Bf 109G-6).

You guys have a bunch of Lancasters and Liberators to build yet...................... by the Tamiya will have something for you....:rolleyes:
