DocRob
Welcome Dan, nice to see you add some wooden boats to our plastic heavy niche. Your Fifie is exceptionally nicely done and it seems also weathered a bit, rarely seen on wooden ships. Cheers Rob

GusMac
Congrats on a stunning build. There are still a couple of these around, including one at the Scottish Fisheries Museum in Anstruther, and you've got the look and weathering spot on.

Hi Carl It's called the Reaper and it's fully seaworthy so it's often out at events around the east coast of Scotland and Northumberland, so it may have been away when you were there. Did you have a fish supper at the Anstruther Fish Bar when you were there? Good evidence as to why we Scots are the heart attack capital of the world! They'll even deep fry you a Mars Bar in Scotland!! 2 1
BlrwestSiR
Hi Gus, Thanks! Sue wants to go back at some point. She has family in Scotland still. We did indeed have a dinner there. It was great fish & chips. Didn't try the deep fried Mars bar though. Carl

HubertB
Lovely ! Well-executed ship models have a unique presence compared to aircrafts, IMHO. And this one is definitely more than « well-executed ». Hubert
DocRob
Like Hubert said and yours is even looking lively, not so often seen on wooden ship models. Cheers Roib

DocRob
Great build all around, but the most advanced feature are your figure painting skills . The Fifie is on my list too. Cheers Rob 2
