BlrwestSiR Posted October 6, 2022 Posted October 6, 2022 Titan Models is showing a 1/72 Kaspian Sea Monster. It will be vac formed with 3D printed detail parts. I'm tempted by their 1/48 Shuttle stack. https://www.titanmodelkits.com/future-releases.html 4 2

Peterpools Posted October 8, 2022 Posted October 8, 2022 Martin Just can't wait and when the F-35 arrives, right to the top of my build list. The RAM tape actually looks like tape and nor raised panels ... thank goodness. 3
BlrwestSiR Posted October 8, 2022 Posted October 8, 2022 The F-35 is out in Dec. My LHS is taking pre-orders with a discount. Might just bite. 3
Martinnfb Posted October 8, 2022 Posted October 8, 2022 Totally agree with you guys. I’m pretty twitchy myself to be honest 3
DocRob Posted October 23, 2022 Posted October 23, 2022 Don't know, if it was mentioned here, but Border seems to develop a detailed kit of the FW-190 A6 in 35 scale . Bashing time . Cheers Rob The Modelling News: Preview: More details of Border Model's Fw 190A6 in 35th scale... 4 1
BlrwestSiR Posted October 23, 2022 Posted October 23, 2022 (edited) Tamiyablog posted a build video of the new F-35. The engineering is truly impressive as they put the kit' major components together without glue. My resolve is weakening. Edited October 23, 2022 by BlrwestSiR Fix typo 5 1 1
Bomber_County Posted October 23, 2022 Posted October 23, 2022 Where is the cussing and dry fitting, then modifying and then re dry fitting…….personally I still need the challenge IMHO…….looks amazing…… 4 1
HubertB Posted October 23, 2022 Posted October 23, 2022 Question is : « Will a perfect kit - although in the « wrong » scale - make the original aircraft look prettier ? » Hubert 5

DocRob Posted October 23, 2022 Posted October 23, 2022 The better the kit design and engineering, the uglier the subject. This seems to be a near perfect kit of one of the un-sexiest flying things ever made. Not for my stash unfortunately, as much as I like to have a snap fit kit. Cheers Rob 5
Peterpools Posted October 26, 2022 Posted October 26, 2022 Magnificent engineering and the bar that every manufacture should strive for. 🏆 4
Bomber_County Posted November 1, 2022 Posted November 1, 2022 Never done a helicopter, really tempted……. 4

Administrators Fran Posted November 8, 2022 Author Administrators Posted November 8, 2022 Two upcoming new kits from Special Hobbt. Even if one is in 1:48, both are really tempting! 3 1

If they build this thing modular (and with that separated nose assembly it looks like it!), they can sell a few variants ... and in that case I see me landing 2 or more kits ... The A-20 was always a fav of mine ... Now if they'll just get on with that Ju-52 and Do-17z my life will be complete!! lol Well ... Perhaps a Vickers Wellington Mk.III also ... Rog 3
Spitfire Posted November 12, 2022 Posted November 12, 2022 Happy for you guys waiting for this one but it's a shame for me as it's not one of these below, but then again it saves me opening my wallet, maybe a future version will appear and tempt me. Cheers Dennis 1 1
CANicoll Posted November 12, 2022 Posted November 12, 2022 Can you imagine if HGW comes out with the rivet kit for the A-20? Gary will go crazy!! Not sure how I feel about all those rivet lines. I was never a fan of the A-20, preferring the similar B-26, but this is a nice-looking kit and I love the idea of a camo A-20. Just kills me to do a detailed interior and then close it all up (Monogram's 1/48 B-17G kits....). 2 1
