I'm sure most of us have had a 'senior' moment  . . .

Put on some Voodoo grey last night. MM enamel takes forever to dry, so we’ll give it a few days.   Then, a white top, blue-Black anti glare panel, then paint the orange and blue bands.

In the meantime and in between time, I’ll whip up the tailgeathers and get some paint on them.

This is THE kit for cool postwar versions

Really nice there Ernie. Have you ever tried using Japan Dryer in your enamel paints? It's a catalyst that speeds up the drying time to a couple hours versus days. I used it on the few times I had to spray MM enamel.

I use it on oils, Carl. Never tried on enamel, but I will next time.

Mix that MM enamel with Mr. Color thinner - it will vastly improve drying time!

Yup, I sure did, Bill. Up till I tried MMP, I used it on everything.

The last MM enamel I sprayed was way back when Moby Dick was a minnow, and it finally dried last month.
